Built by People Who Get The Road

About RoadHeart: A Social Hub for the Trucking Community

RoadHeart is a trucker dating service and trucker social network for the 3.58 million Americans who keep the country running - and the partners, friends, and families who understand what 2-3 weeks on the road actually costs. This is who we are and why we built it.

Our Mission

Our Mission: Connection Built for the Road

RoadHeart exists to make genuine connection possible for people whose lives don't fit a 9-to-5 dating algorithm. We treat drivers as a community first, members second - because blue-collar pride, hard work, and loyalty deserve a platform that reflects them.

The trucking industry moves 11.27 billion tons of freight a year and employs 3.58 million professional drivers (ATA, 2024). Behind every one of those numbers is a person sleeping in a cab tonight, missing a kid's game, or eating a Flying J burrito for the third time this week. Mainstream dating apps were never built with that life in mind.

We built RoadHeart as a trucker dating service that respects how the job actually works: spotty cell signal in West Texas, a 34-hour reset that lands on a Tuesday, dispatch changing your route at 3 AM. Every product decision - from voice-note messaging to route compatibility matching - comes from drivers and trucker partners telling us what they actually need.

That's why we describe RoadHeart less like a dating app and more like a trucker social network. Dating is the most common reason members join. Community is the reason they stay.

There is immense pride in knowing my husband is contributing to the backbone of this nation. RoadHeart is a place built for people who feel that pride - on both sides of the windshield. - The RoadHeart Team

The Story

Why We Built RoadHeart

RoadHeart started in a Love's parking lot outside Amarillo in 2024. One of our founders, a former regional driver turned product designer, was on the phone with his sister - a trucker wife of fifteen years - listening to her describe how her husband had just deleted his third dating app in two years after another match ghosted the moment he explained his schedule.

The pattern was always the same. Drivers paid for premium subscriptions on competitor sites only to find empty inboxes. Mainstream apps buried profiles that couldn't respond within hours or meet up by Friday. Niche trucker platforms charged before showing a single active user. Meanwhile, the #truckerwife and #truckerwifelife communities on TikTok and Instagram had millions of views - proof that the women who love this lifestyle were out there, just not where the drivers were looking.

Happy couples typically need about two hours a day and fifteen hours a week together. For a driver running 500-700 miles a day, that math doesn't work - unless the platform, the partner, and the community are all built around the reality of the road.

RoadHeart founding research notes, 2024

We talked to more than 200 drivers and trucker partners over the next year. We sat in on TruckersReport.com threads. We read every one-star review of every competing trucker dating service we could find. The pattern was clear: drivers didn't want a slicker swipe app. They wanted a social hub - a place that felt like the CB radio they grew up with, but designed for a smartphone in a Flying J at 9 PM.

That's what RoadHeart is. A trucker social network where dating happens because connection happens first.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Three commitments shape every feature, every moderation decision, and every line of copy on RoadHeart. If we break them, call us on it.

Authenticity Over Polish

Real driver photos, real bios, real stories. We do not airbrush the lifestyle. If a profile feels staged or scammy, our moderation team removes it - usually within 24 hours of the first report. Blue-collar pride means showing up as you are.

Privacy as a Right, Not an Upsell

Your profile is hidden from public search engines by default. We never sell data to brokers, never display CDL documents, and never expose you to coworkers or dispatch. Privacy is a baseline, not a premium feature.

Community Before Conversion

You can browse real, active members before paying anything. The road activity feed, the safety guidance, the success stories - all free, all open. We win when drivers find lasting partners, not when they renew a subscription.

By the Numbers

The Community We Serve

RoadHeart is built for the scale and longevity of America's trucking workforce - a community that is growing, aging into RoadHeart's core demographic, and increasingly underserved by mainstream tech.

3,580,000 Professional truck drivers employed across the United States in 2024 - the country's largest mobile blue-collar workforce ATA, 2024
906 Billion USD in trucking industry revenue in 2024, projected to reach 1.46 trillion by 2035 ATA, 2024
6.6 Percent of professional drivers who are women - up from 4.8% a decade ago, and the fastest-growing trucker segment ATA, 2024

The RoadHeart Promise

  • We will never charge you to verify that real, active members exist on RoadHeart. Browse first. Decide later.
  • We will protect your privacy as a baseline - not as a premium add-on. Your data is yours.
  • We will keep moderation human. Reports of scams, bots, or harassment are reviewed by people, not just algorithms - typically within 24 hours.
  • We will keep listening. If a feature isn't working for drivers, we change it. Email us anytime through the contact page.
  • We will respect the work you do. Hard work, reliability, and loyalty are not marketing words to us. They are the reason this platform exists.
