Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and RoadHeart ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, browsing profiles, or using any RoadHeart feature, you confirm that you have read these Terms, accept them in full, and agree to follow them every time you use the platform. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
1. Eligibility & Account Creation
RoadHeart is a niche dating and social platform for adult truck drivers and the people who want to connect with them. To join, you must meet every requirement below:
- You must be at least 18 years old. RoadHeart is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating an account, regardless of jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - including your real first name, a current photograph of yourself, and a valid email address.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country and state of residence.
- You must not be listed on any U.S. sex offender registry, and you must not be barred from using online dating services by any court order.
- Each person may hold only one active RoadHeart account. Duplicate, fake, or shared accounts will be removed.
2. Account Responsibilities
Your account is yours to protect and yours to use honestly. By keeping an account on RoadHeart, you agree to the following:
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
- Keep your profile information current, including home base, route patterns, and relationship intent.
- Use photos that show you as you are today. No filtered, decade-old, or AI-generated images.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
- Follow our Safety Tips when meeting other members on or off the platform.
3. Prohibited Behavior on RoadHeart
RoadHeart is a community of working drivers and the people who care about them. Conduct that damages that community is not tolerated. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any member.
- Send unsolicited sexual content or explicit images.
- Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial favors from other members.
- Impersonate another person, driver, carrier, or RoadHeart staff member.
- Use the platform for commercial advertising, escort services, or recruitment.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest profile data, photos, or messages.
- Upload viruses, malware, or automated bots of any kind.
- Post content that is hateful, racist, or discriminatory.
- Misrepresent your age, identity, marital status, or CDL credentials.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, verification systems, or moderation tools.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal, and where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.
4. User Content & Platform Rights
You own the photos, bios, status updates, voice notes, and messages you create on RoadHeart ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant RoadHeart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period. You confirm that all User Content is yours to share, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and complies with these Terms. The RoadHeart name, logo, route-pin mark, software, design system, and all original platform content remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Account Termination & Suspension
You may close your RoadHeart account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any part of these Terms or our community guidelines.
- You engage in fraud, scams, romance fraud, or chargeback abuse.
- Multiple members report your behavior and our review confirms a violation.
- Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
- Continued operation of your account creates legal, security, or safety risk for the community.
If your account is terminated for cause, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution - will remain in effect.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
RoadHeart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, that any specific member will respond to you, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we verify photos and act on reports within 24 hours, we cannot independently confirm the identity, background, intentions, or marital status of every member. You interact with other members at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions about who to message, share information with, or meet in person. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoadHeart, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress - arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid RoadHeart in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally - most disputes are settled within 30 days of a written notice. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RoadHeart will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely by your choice. You and RoadHeart each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of RoadHeart after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
